I had previously named this plant as Fagraea racemosa (False Coffee Tree). In June 2016, I received the kind advice from Kwek Yan (Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore) that my picture should be Utania volubilis and what was once just called Fagraea racemosa in Singapore were split into three species under the genus Utania.
Later, I found that Joseph Lai had already shared this information briefly in his blog in September 2014. Also, I found an article published in the Gardens' Bulletin Singapore (page 486) that had some pictures of Utania volubilis [1].
